How to Store and Reheat Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
To store leftover cinnamon roll pancakes, place them in a sealed container in the fridge for up to five days.
To freeze, allow pancakes to cool completely. Then place in a freezer-safe container or in individual freezer-safe baggies. Store in the freezer for up to two months.
To reheat: When ready to eat, place cinnamon roll pancakes in a single layer on a microwave-safe plate and microwave for about 20 seconds (30 seconds from frozen) or until heated through. Or reheat un-iced pancakes in the oven at 300°F for about 5 minutes (10 minutes from frozen) until heated through.
My favorite way to reheat un-iced cinnamon roll pancakes is in the toaster. Just pop them in and toast them until slightly crisp on the outside and heated through. You can drizzle with a simple icing or smear with jam.
