Description

Get your hot-off-the-griddle Cinnamon Roll Pancakes! Soft pancakes with a ribbon of cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of sweet icing make breakfast memorable. They’re delicious and so easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 (17.5 ounce) container of Jumbo or Grands! Cinnamon Rolls with icing (5 count)

Instructions

  1. Set the can of cinnamon rolls out at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften them before you are ready to cook them.
  2. Heat a large griddle or skillet to medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place a canned cinnamon roll on the heated skillet or griddle. Immediately, cover the cinnamon roll with a piece of parchment paper and smash with a grill press until it’s about ½ inch thick.
  4. Peel off the parchment paper and cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on the opposite side until both sides are golden brown and the pancake is cooked through.
  5. Repeat with each cinnamon roll.
  6. Remove from the skillet or griddle and drizzle with the cinnamon roll icing.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
