Get your hot-off-the-griddle Cinnamon Roll Pancakes! Soft pancakes with a ribbon of cinnamon sugar and a drizzle of sweet icing make breakfast memorable. They’re delicious and so easy!
Ingredients
- 1 (17.5 ounce) container of Jumbo or Grands! Cinnamon Rolls with icing (5 count)
Instructions
- Set the can of cinnamon rolls out at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften them before you are ready to cook them.
- Heat a large griddle or skillet to medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place a canned cinnamon roll on the heated skillet or griddle. Immediately, cover the cinnamon roll with a piece of parchment paper and smash with a grill press until it’s about ½ inch thick.
- Peel off the parchment paper and cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on the opposite side until both sides are golden brown and the pancake is cooked through.
- Repeat with each cinnamon roll.
- Remove from the skillet or griddle and drizzle with the cinnamon roll icing.
- Serve and enjoy!
