I love knowing where good food comes from. Like, that Buffalo chicken wings were born one night in Buffalo, New York out of the need for a late night snack! I also love that this tangy and delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip would do its predecessor proud.

It’s got all the elements of your favorite chicken wings, but (and let’s be honest here), a whole lot easier and cleaner to eat. There’s no wet wipes needed to get your Buffalo chicken on here!

This dip is so simple to make and so delicious. Mellow cream cheese, just enough heat to make things interesting, filling chicken and tangy blue cheese–it’s just what you need in case of a snack attack. Serve it with crackers, fresh carrots and celery, or you know, just scoop it with a spoon and chow down because it’s that good.

What Do I Need to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip?

  • Cream cheese
  • Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
  • Frank’s hot sauce
  • Crumbled blue cheese
  • Shredded cooked chicken
  • Green onions

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then in a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, salad dressing, Frank’s and blue cheese. Stir until combined. Stir in chicken. Then pour into a deep baking dish and sprinkle with more blue cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 20‐25 minutes, until bubbling on top and heated through. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions.
  • Finally, serve with bread, crackers and/or vegetables (celery & carrots) and enjoy!

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • Blue cheese, for garnishing
  • Chopped green onions, for garnishing

Instructions
