Easier to eat and just as tasty, this Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe is a craveable twist on your favorite wings. Filling, tangy, and with just enough heat to keep things interesting, it’s a dip you’ll dive right into again and again!

No Wet Wipes Needed

I love knowing where good food comes from. Like, that Buffalo chicken wings were born one night in Buffalo, New York out of the need for a late night snack! I also love that this tangy and delicious Buffalo Chicken Dip would do its predecessor proud. It’s got all the elements of your favorite chicken wings, but (and let’s be honest here), a whole lot easier and cleaner to eat. There’s no wet wipes needed to get your Buffalo chicken on here!

This dip is so simple to make and so delicious. Mellow cream cheese, just enough heat to make things interesting, filling chicken and tangy blue cheese–it’s just what you need in case of a snack attack. Serve it with crackers, fresh carrots and celery, or you know, just scoop it with a spoon and chow down because it’s that good.

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then in a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, salad dressing, Frank’s and blue cheese. Stir until combined. Stir in chicken. Then pour into a deep baking dish and sprinkle with more blue cheese.

Bake uncovered for 20‐25 minutes, until bubbling on top and heated through. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions.

Finally, serve with bread, crackers and/or vegetables (celery & carrots) and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • Blue cheese, for garnishing
  • Chopped green onions, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, salad dressing, hot sauce and blue cheese. Stir until combined. Stir in chicken. Pour into a deep baking dish. Sprinkle with more blue cheese.

๐Ÿ“Grilled Brie with Strawberries๐Ÿ“ is one of o ๐Ÿ“Grilled Brie with Strawberries๐Ÿ“ is one of our favorite summer appetizers! The smokiness of the gooey Brie with the sweetness of the fresh strawberries and the tang of the balsamic vinegar is love at first bite. A taste of summer youโ€™ll want over and over again! ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ“๐Ÿคค Here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
โ€ข 1 (8 ounce) wheel soft-ripened brie cheese
โ€ข 1 cup diced strawberries
โ€ข 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
โ€ข 2 teaspoons olive oil, plus more for brushing
โ€ข 2 teaspoons honey, plus more for drizzling
โ€ข 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves, for garnishing
โ€ข sea salt, for garnishing
โ€ข crackers, for serving

Instructions:
1. Heat the grill to medium and brush the grates with oil.
2. While the grill is heating up, wash and dice the strawberries.
3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey. Add to the strawberries and gently stir to combine. Set aside.
4. Brush one side of the wheel of brie cheese with olive oil and place the oiled side down on the heated grill. Brush the other side of the brie with olive oil while the bottom side is grilling. Grill for the 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Remove the grilled brie with a spatula and place on a serving plate. Top with the strawberry balsamic mixture.
6. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with chopped fresh mint and sea salt.
7. Serve warm with crackers.
