Ingredients and Supplies

(see recipe card at the bottom of this post for measurements and details)

Ingredients:

  • Street taco size soft flour tortillas: create a thin, crisp base for the pizzas and are easy to cut into cute ghost shapes. Street taco-size corn tortillas can work for a crispier crust, but they may be more prone to cracking when cut.
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese: melts beautifully over the tortillas and gives the ghosts their classic white color and cheesy pizza flavor. Provolone or another mild, good-melting white cheese can be used instead.
  • Round black olive slices: create the ghosts’ eyes and mouths while adding a mild, salty flavor. Mini pepperoni can be used for the faces if you don’t care about keeping the features black.
  • Prepared pizza or marina sauce (for serving): adds classic pizza flavor and makes a tasty dip for the crispy, cheesy ghosts.
