Description

Ghost Shaped Tortilla Pizzas are frighteningly simple to make with just a few ingredients. They’re perfect for a kids’ Halloween party or just a spooky snack time!

Ingredients

  • 12 street taco size soft flour tortillas
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 36 round black olive slices
  • 1/2 cup prepared pizza or marina sauce, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cut each tortilla into a ghost shape with a 3.5-inch ghost-shaped cookie cutter. Place the ghost-shaped tortillas on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 5-8 minutes until they start to lightly brown and crisp around the edges. Remove them from the oven.
  3. While the tortillas are baking, cut slices of mozzarella cheese with the same ghost-shaped cookie cutter you used to cut the tortillas.
  4. Once the ghost-shaped tortillas have baked, place a slice of ghost-shaped mozzarella cheese onto each tortilla and then 2 black olive slices for the eyes and 1 black olive slice for the mouth
  5. Return the topped tortillas to the oven and bake for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to turn light brown in spots. If the cheese melts beyond the edges, use a small spatula or butter knife to gently push it back into the ghost shape while it’s still warm.
  6. Serve with pizza or marinara sauce for dipping.
