- Fresh blueberries
Fruit Pizza:

How to Make American Flag Fruit Pizza
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.

- To make the cookie bars: In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Beat in the milk and vanilla extract and then the eggs, one at a time, until the mixture is well combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix on low speed until a thick dough forms.
- Press 4.5 cups of the sugar cookie dough evenly into the prepared sheet pan. Roll the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar cookie dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Cut into star shapes with a star cookie cutter that’s about 1.5-2 inches in diameter.

- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar on low speed until just combined. Then beat the cream cheese mixture on high speed until smooth and spreadable.
- Spread the icing evenly over the cooled sheet pan cookie.
- Arrange the blueberries in the top left corner to create the blue rectangle of the American Flag.
- Layer strawberry slices in lines to create the stripes of the American Flag.
- Place the star-shaped sugar cookies on top of the blueberries.
Quick Tip:
Don’t have a stand mixer? You can use a medium bowl and a hand mixer with the beater attachments.
How to Store Fruit Pizza
Leftover fruit pizza can be kept in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days. The cookie will get a little soggy and the fruit will sweat, especially as its come to room temperature. So it’s best to enjoy any leftovers while still chilled.
