  1. This is a great recipe and has a beautiful presentation! I made it exactly as written the night before serving for Father’s Day brunch and everyone raved about it. I served it with pita thins and sliced cucumbers, and a side of chopped avocado. Some ate it on a bagel and others used the cukes or pita chips. My only recommendation would be to use a high-quality full-fat ricotta. I bought the one brand that was stocked in the store, not my usual brand, and although everyone raved about it, I felt it would have been better with my usual brand of ricotta. It is a keeper for sure! Thank you for the recipe!

    1. Hi, Barbie! I’m picky about ricotta, too. You’ll just have to make it again! I’m so happy to hear everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing!

  2. I couldn’t wait to try this after my event with my smoked salmon as I knew that there would be leftovers, well, I hoped that there would be leftovers! There was just enough for me to share with my friend. I made this the next evening for a dinner party and, WOW, it was a hit! Everything that you want in that one perfect bite presented beautifully on a platter! My guest asked if I could make one for her for an event that she is having next month. I also used it for breakfast the next morning on a bagel. It’s a keeper and my new favorite go to for catering events!

  3. Just another incredible way to serve smoked salmon. I have made my smoked salmon boards for years and there is always some torn apart but still very tasty leftovers! This is perfect and beautiful. I will definitely be making this and I will review how it went. Thank you!

  4. So FABULOUS! This is a great dip for home movies night with gals! We had ours with pinot and fruit….YUMM!
