These adorable Bunny Cinnamon Rolls are so easy to make and would be such a special treat on Easter morning!

Another holiday means another adorably easy cinnamon roll idea to celebrate with! These Bunny Cinnamon Rolls are just too cute! The simple step of shaping cinnamon rolls into a bunny face with ears before baking them and then decorating them with a some festive sprinkles and some candies makes for an extra special Easter breakfast treat. You can use canned cinnamon rolls or homemade cinnamon rolls to make these cuties.

My kiddos LOVED helping me make these Bunny Cinnamon Rolls and they can hardly wait to bake them again on Easter morning as a fun activity before or after we hunt for eggs. They’d also be such a festive addition to any Easter brunch spread.

How to Make Easter Bunny Cinnamon Rolls

Preheat the oven according to the package directions on the canned cinnamon rolls or recipe you use. Separate the cinnamon rolls so you can start forming each one into the bunny shape.

Use your hands to pull the outer end out and up into one bunny ear and then another bunny ear. Press down between the two bunny ears and in on the outsides of the bunny ears to secure them to the round part of the cinnamon roll. Transfer them to a baking sheet and reinforce the shape, if neccesary, so each one looks like a bunny.

Place them in the oven and bake according to the directions on the can or for the recipe. Halfway through the baking time, remove the bunny cinnamon rolls from the oven and reinforce the shape with the handle of a spoon and/or carefully with your hands as they’ll be warm.

Place the bunny cinnamon rolls back in the oven to finish baking. Once baked, remove them from the oven and drizzle with the icing while still warm. Immediately sprinkle with festive sprinkles and garnish with two round candies for the eyes and one round candy for the nose. Serve and enjoy!

  • Easter colored sprinkles
  • Easter colored M&M’s

Instructions

      Hi Laura! I have used Trader Joe’s Jumbo Cinnamon Rolls and Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls to make these and both work great. Enjoy!

Don't worry, brie happy! ๐Ÿ˜œ If you liked my reci Don't worry, brie happy! ๐Ÿ˜œ If you liked my recipe for grilled brie with strawberries, you'll LOVE this version made with grilled peaches, pesto, and basil. A fresh summer appetizer that everyone enjoys and it's SO easy to make! ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ‘ #TheBakerMama

Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) wheel soft-ripened brie cheese
3 fresh peaches
1 crusty baguette
Olive oil
1/4 cup prepared pesto
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
Sea salt

Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat and brush the grates with oil.
2. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
3. Slice the baguette into ยผ inch thick slices.
4. Place baguette slices, peaches (cut side up) and brie wheel on a baking sheet and brush the tops of everything with olive oil.
5. Put everything on the grill with the olive oiled sides down. Brush the tops of the baguette slices and brie wheel with olive oil while the bottoms are grilling.
6. Grill until you have beautiful grill marks and then flip the brie and baguette slices.
7. Remove everything from the grill once the peaches are soft with good grill marks, the brie is melted (about 2-3 minutes per side) and the baguette slices are toasted on both sides.
8. Transfer the brie to a serving plate.
9. Dice four of the grilled peach halves. Slice the other two peach halves into thin slices.
10. Place the diced peaches on top of the grilled brie.
11. Drizzle with the pesto and garnish with the chopped fresh basil.
12. Sprinkle it with a little sea salt.
13. Serve with grilled baguette and peach slices. Enjoy!
