As a busy mom with a business, four active kids (and now a puppy!), powering through is something I’m very familiar with. And I love every minute of it! But without some form of energizing snack (protein! healthy fat!), I’m sunk! Protein bars and energy bars have their place, for sure. They’re hard to beat when it comes to convenience. But I realized that with a little bit of planning, I could create my own energy bar recipe that delivered on oomph, without all the preservatives. And My No-Bake Energy Bites fit the bill! They’re incredibly easy, crazy delicious, and provide energy that will get you through the afternoon! There’s flax seed for antioxidants and fiber, whole grain oats and honey for sweetness. 1. Hi Niki! I use natural no-stir peanut butter. Just make sure it’s smooth, but not too runny. Hope this helps. Enjoy!
