Make it Ahead of Time!

You can make and bake the cookie dough up to 2 days in advance. For the best enjoyment, I recommend icing and adding fruit the day you plan to serve it. Keep it prepped in the fridge for a few hours before serving.

How to Make a Giant Easter Egg Fruit Pizza

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 16×12-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the cookie dough on the prepared baking sheet and form it into the shape of an egg that is about 1/4 inch thick, 15 inches long and 11 inches wide.
  • Bake until golden brown around the edges and set in the middle, about 18 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through the baking time.
  • Remove and let cool completely.
