What Do I Need to Make Flourless Fudge Brownie Bites?
- Unsalted butter
- Chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark)
- Granulated sugar
- Eggs
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Flaky sea salt, for garnishing (optional)
- Microwave safe mixing bowl
- Whisk
- Mini Muffin Tin
How to Make Flourless Fudge Brownie Bites
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
- Place the butter and chocolate chips in a large microwave- safe bowl. Heat in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, whisking every 30 seconds, until the chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
- Whisk in the sugar.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, and whisk until smooth.
- Add the cocoa powder and stir until well incorporated. Scoop the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each one almost full.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Rotate the pan halfway through baking.
- Remove the brownie bites from the oven and immediately sprinkle each bite with a little flaky sea salt.
- Let the brownie bites cool completely in the pan. To remove, run a sharp knife around the edge of each bite and pop it out of the muffin cup.
