Ingredients and Supplies
(see recipe card at the bottom of this post for measurements and details)
Ingredients:
- Burrito size flour tortillas (at least 10 inches wide): hold all of the crispy chicken Caesar filling together and are sturdy enough to wrap tightly and toast until golden. Whole wheat, spinach, or another large burrito-size tortilla can be used, as long as it’s soft and at least 10 inches wide.
- Frozen crispy chicken tenders: make the wraps hearty and satisfying while adding a crunchy contrast to the creamy Caesar salad. Homemade breaded chicken tenders, crispy chicken nuggets, or grilled chicken can be used, though grilled chicken won’t have the same crunch. Use any crispy chicken you love, whether it’s frozen tenders, prepared crispy chicken from the grocery store prepared foods section, leftovers, or takeout from your favorite chicken spot.
- Hot honey: coats the crispy chicken with a sweet, spicy, sticky glaze that balances the savory Caesar flavors. Regular honey mixed with a little hot sauce or crushed red pepper flakes can be used in place of hot honey. Or it can be omitted all together.
- Romaine lettuce (chopped): adds the fresh, crisp crunch that gives the filling its classic Caesar salad texture. Another crisp lettuce, such as green leaf or iceberg, can be used, though the flavor and texture will be slightly different.
- Caesar dressing: coats the lettuce and chicken with the creamy, tangy, savory flavor that ties the whole wrap together. Your favorite homemade or store-bought Caesar dressing will work well here, including a lighter Caesar dressing if preferred.
- Parmesan cheese (shredded): adds a salty, nutty richness that complements the creamy Caesar dressing and sweet-spicy chicken. Grated Parmesan, shaved Parmesan, or Pecorino Romano can be used instead.
- Seasoned croutons (chopped): add extra crunch and seasoned, toasted flavor throughout each bite. Plain or seasoned croutons can be used, or toasted breadcrumbs can add a similar savory crunch. Homemade croutons can be used for an extra-fresh, flavorful crunch.

How to Make Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Caesar Wraps
- Bake chicken tenders according to package instructions until super crispy. Mine bake at 425°F for about 24 minutes.
- Once the chicken tenders are crispy, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot honey over the top and toss until every tender is generously coated.
- Chop the tenders into small pieces.
- In another large bowl, add the chopped romaine with the Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and chopped croutons.

- Toss to combine.
- Gently stir in the crispy chicken.
- Fill the middle of each tortilla with a fourth of the salad mixture.

- Wrap tightly burrito-style.
- Toast in a lightly greased skillet on medium low heat.

Heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Or serve chilled without toasting.

Storage
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh the same day they’re made, while the chicken and croutons are crispy and the lettuce is fresh and crunchy. If you have leftovers, wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Enjoy them chilled or toast them briefly again in a skillet over medium-low heat until the tortilla is crisp and the filling is just warmed through.
