Description

Chicken tenders coated in hot honey, crisp romaine, crunchy croutons, parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing get all rolled up and toasted in these Crispy Hot Honey Chicken Caesar Wraps.

Ingredients

  • 4 burrito size flour tortillas (at least 10 inches wide)
  • 1 (20 ounce) bag frozen crispy chicken tenders (about 6 tenders)
  • 1/4 cup hot honey, plus more for serving
  • 7 ounces chopped romaine lettuce (about 3 cups)
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped seasoned croutons

Instructions

  1. Bake chicken tenders according to package instructions until super crispy. Mine bake at 425°F for about 24 minutes.
  2. Once the chicken tenders are crispy, transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the hot honey over the top and toss until every tender is generously coated. Chop the tenders into small pieces.
  3. In another large bowl, toss the chopped romaine with the Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and chopped croutons. Gently stir in the crispy chicken.
  4. Fill the middle of each tortilla with a fourth of the salad mixture.
  5. Wrap tightly burrito-style and toast in a lightly greased skillet on medium low heat for 1–2 minutes per side until golden. Or serve chilled without toasting.
