More of Those S’mores

It is no secret that s’mores are one of my all time favorite treats. And I kinda have a thing for ice cream. And over the years I’ve found lots of delicious ways to combine the two. S’mores Ice Cream Cake, S’mores Ice Cream Sandwiches and a Homemade S’mores Blizzard recipe that is *chef’s kiss*. These frozen yogurt bars are pretty genius because they combine all of that chocolate, graham cracker, and marshmallow goodness with protein-packed Greek yogurt that’s sweetened with honey. They’re a little healthier way to cool off that’s still really, really tasty.

Ingredients and Supplies

(see recipe card at the bottom of this post for measurements and details)

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt: makes the bars creamy and satisfying. Whole milk yogurt is best in order to keep the right consistency. Substitute with plain Greek yogurt if you prefer a little more tartness.
  • Honey: sweetens the bars without adding refined sugars.
  • Mini chocolate chips: adds fun crunchy texture and rich chocolate flavor inside the bars and on top as a garnish.
  • Mini marshmallows: a fun, chewy touch inside the bars and on top.
  • Graham cracker: crumbled on top for a fun crunch and that crucial graham cracker flavor.
