  • Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9″ pie pan.
  • Chill the crust in the freezer while making the filling.

  • In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until completely incorporated.
  • Pour filling into prepared crust. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.

  • Garnish with additional whipped topping, chocolate syrup and crushed peanuts, if desired. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Description

No holiday needed to enjoy a No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie with crunchy peanut butter, whipped topping and cream cheese filling piled into a Oreo crust.


Ingredients

Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, plus more for garnishing
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling:

  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed

Instructions

Crust:

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs in a food processor or blender. Transfer to a mixing bowl and combine well with the melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9″ pie pan.
