Maple Cinnamon Streusel Bread bakes up soft, sweet and cinnamon spiced. With a slight crumb like a muffin and a crumbly streusel top, it’s simply irresistible!

A Quick Bread You’ll Inhale!
You’ll be in love with this Maple Cinnamon Streusel Bread before it’s even out of the oven! It smells amazing. And with the perfect amount of spice and sweetness, it tastes even better than it smells. It’s completely irresistible!

A Muffin in a Bread Pan
I love the texture of this bread! With a soft texture and slight crumb, it feels a lot like a muffin. And you know how I feel about muffins. Of course I’m in love!
The combination of maple and cinnamon is one of my favorites yet and I cannot wait to make this bread again. It was such a hit with everyone in my family.

It was so hard to wait for it to come out of the oven. My whole kitchen smelled amazing! Better than any fancy candle, that’s for sure. You’re supposed to let it cool completely before serving and eating, but if you can’t, I won’t judge!

No Bananas Today!
Many of my favorite quick bread recipes are made with bananas. So I decided to try something a little different. And this maple cinnamon bread is wow! I wish I’d tried it sooner!
The flavor is a little bit like coffee cake, but with a texture that’s less dense. It’s perfect for brunch with friends. Or grab a slice to enjoy with a cup of coffee. What I’m saying is, you’re going to love it!

How to Serve and Store Maple Cinnamon Streusel Bread
Let the loaf cool completely in the pan before inverting onto a serving platter to slice and serve or serve warm right out of the loaf pan.
To freeze bread, first let it cool completely. Then wrap it tightly in plastic wrap, and put it into a freezer-safe baggie before storing in the freezer. Wrap the bread as airtight as possible.
When stored properly in the freezer, bread will maintain great quality for 2-3 months.
To thaw, let it sit, loosely covered, on the counter for several hours.

I love this recipe! I added in chopped pecans for a little crunch. Fabulous! Thanks for sharing!!
Hi, Lisa! Pecans sound perfect. I am so happy you enjoyed it!
So I made everything according to your recipe but my streusel ended up just cooking down into the bread… Any idea why?
Hi Emilee! I’m wondering if your batter was too thin. Did you follow the ingredients and instructions for the bread batter exactly? The batter should have been thick enough to prevent the streusel from sinking down into it. Did the bread bake up as seen in the images of this blog post? Was your streusel the same consistency as seen in my images? If the streusel was put on the batter in heavier clumps, that could also have caused it to sink down into the batter. I hope this helps troubleshoot and that the bread still tasted great!
The recipe was very good. I added a cup of chopped walnuts and Husband said it was worth making again
Hi, Linda! So glad you enjoyed it ❤️
Can you make these aw muffins? How long would you suggest baking them for?
Hi, Kerry! I haven’t tried this exact recipe as a muffin, but I’d bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes inserted in the center comes out clean. You’ll have to let me know how it goes! Enjoy!
Recipes look great but need nutritional info.
thanks
Hi, JB! I don’t provide nutritional information or calorie counts at this time because everyone uses different brands of ingredients which often have differing nutritional values. I would recommend plugging the ingredients you use into a free online recipe nutrition calculator like: https://whisk.com/recipe-nutrition-calculator/ Hope this helps. Enjoy! ❤️
Why are you leaving a 2 star review when you haven’t even made the recipe? I almost bypassed this recipe because of the 2 stars.
There are apps to calculate nutritional info if you really ’need’ it. Most of the time, the nutritional info provided in recipes is practically useless.
