Just made this … Yum! Going to be the topping for my salads. Easy and really simple to make. I used parchment paper for easy clean up and it worked great, no clean up or mess on the baking pan. Going to using this recipe from now on instead of buying the chips on the market, which is expensive. Thanks for sharing!
Hi, Kalena! I’m so glad they were easy and delicious! Using parchment is such a good idea!
Have you tried lining your sheet pan with parchment or foil? I think the sesame oil would make the sheet pan “gunky” and tacky and the residue would be difficult to remove.
Also do you have a recipe for edamame hummus? Sounds delightful!!
Thank you
Hi, Cathy! You could absolutely try lining with foil and follow the instructions for brushing the foil with sesame oil. And for the edamame hummus – you’re just a little ahead of me! I shared the recipe this morning! https://thebakermama.com/recipes/creamy-edamame-hummus-dip/ I hope you enjoy! ❤️
