Grilled Brie with Strawberries combines creamy cheese, sweet strawberries, and tangy balsamic vinegar in a delicious appetizer that’s perfect for summer entertaining.
Not Your Mama’s Grilled Cheese
We do a lot of grazing in the summer. Dinner tends to be a bite of this, a nibble of that. It’s why we love a charcuterie board so much! Casual summer eating at its finest. We’re also big, big fans of a simple-but-fancy dip situation.
And y’all, I do not have adequate words to describe this Grilled Brie with Strawberries. Could it be that my mouth is full? Maybe. But also, this is one of the easiest and yummiest appetizers we’ve made in a long time. The rich creaminess of warm brie, the sweetness of in-season strawberries, and the tang of balsamic vinegar with a hint of sweet honey. Add a few slivers of fresh mint and I’m head-over-heels in love! It’s so, so good. It’s perfect for having a few friends over for a drink or for date night with your own honey.
How to Make Grilled Brie with Strawberries
Y’all this tasty appetizer could not be easier. If you’ve got ten minutes, you’ve got some major yum. First, start by heating your grill to medium heat and brush the grates with oil. While the grill is heating, wash and dice the strawberries.
Next, in a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey. When fully combined, add the diced strawberries and toss to coat. Set aside.
Once the grill is heated, brush one side of the wheel of brie cheese with olive oil and place the oiled side down on the grill grates. Brush the other side of the brie with olive oil while the bottom side is grilling. Then grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. Then carefully remove the brie from the grill with a spatula and set on a serving plate.
Finally, top with the strawberry balsamic mixture and garnish with a drizzle of honey and then sprinkle with the chopped fresh mint and sea salt.
Serve warm with flatbread crackers and enjoy!

This was Fantastic!! I did not remove the rind on top, or if you did, & used the paper that the Brie was wrapped in to be on the bottom. Thanks for the recipe!
Hi, Leslie! I’m so happy you enjoyed it! Definitely a house favorite around here. Thank you for sharing! ❤️
I see in the pictures that the Brie is placed on a round circle paper after grilled….what is that paper from? I would like to try this!
Hi, Leslie! It’s just a piece of parchment paper. You can buy circular ones on Amazon (https://amzn.to/3YLetoH) or cut regular parchment. Hope this helps! Enjoy!
These look amazing! Love how juicy they look! Love the cookie method!
