- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3 cups (18 ounces) dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

I get so much oil coming out that it pools. What kind of chips? Do you have to pour off the oil?

Hi Troy! I’ve made this fudge with several different brands of dark chocolate chips and it set perfectly each time. Are you sure you followed and measured all of the other ingredients exactly? It sounds like something might have been missing from your mixture. At what point in the instructions was your mixture or chilled fudge that oily?
