How to Make Grinch Fruit Skewers
Arrange the following ingredients on a medium skewer or toothpick in the following order:
- mini marshmallow
- strawberry
- banana slice
- green grape
- Repeat with remaining ingredients until you have 12 Grinch fruit skewers.
How to Store Grinch Fruit Skewers
Because bananas tend to brown relatively quickly, I don’t recommend making these too far in advance. But if time is not on your side, you can toss banana slices in a bit of lemon juice to slow the browning process.
Store fruit kabobs in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days.

Wouldn’t it be wise to put the cut bananas in a lemon water solution to help keep from turning brown?
They’d be a lot more appetizing looking since they’re on a tray that likely will be open to the air for a while.
