Holiday Entertaining… in Style!
Confession time, y’all.
Sometimes, I put so much of myself into planning and preparing amazing food to share with my family and friends, I don’t have a ton of time to think about what to wear. When I’m getting ready to host a party, I’m thinking about how to present food–like this festive Charcuterie Wreath Board–not how to present myself. But you know what? If the snack boards look amazing, I should, too! Which is why I am SO glad I discovered EVEREVE. I was a little nervous about working with a stylist, but they were so welcoming, it was effortless! I went home with a bunch of great looks (think denim! satin! vegan leather!), so I can pull together a super chic outfit without standing in my closet for an hour. Their clothes make me feel so confident and cute! I look and feel like myself — just a more polished, ready-to-entertain version.
The Perfect Match!
And it couldn’t have come at a better time! Because of all the public appearances I make promoting my new Spectacular Spreads cookbook, I’m presenting myself more than ever. I don’t know about y’all, but I hate feeling like my clothes are a costume. Like, I’m dressed up pretending to be someone else. With my new EVEREVE outfits, I feel authentic, relaxed and cozy, and ready to meet everyone! We’re the perfect match!
Now, About that Wreath…
I thought, what better way to show off my chic new look than by celebrating with a delicious and festive charcuterie board perfect for a stylish holiday get-together. And this Charcuterie Wreath Board is all of those things! It feels warm and welcoming, looks gorgeous and tastes amazing. Salami roses and festive star crackers are surrounded by an assortment of fresh fruits, cheeses, nuts, olives and all the go-withers. I’m obsessed! It’s just perfect for pairing with your favorite holiday beverage (might I suggest a Cranberry Cheer Cocktail?) for a warm, joyful experience. Your guests will not be able to resist going back for more!
Watch me Build the Board
Be sure to watch my Instagram Live with CCO + Fashion Director, Heidi, from EVEREVE. It was such a fun and inspiring event! I shared my best board building tips and tricks while Heidi shared some amazing styles to dress our best while entertaining.
How to Build the Charcuterie Wreath Board
Using a 20” round walnut wood board, start by placing small bowls with the honey, fruit preserves, kalamata olives and cornichons around the outer edge of the board, always leaving the center of the board open.
Next, place the Brie wheels on opposite sides of the outer edge of the board. Fan four of the Manchego triangles around the bowl with the fruit preserves and the other four slices around the bowl with the honey. Slice half of the block of aged white cheddar into thin slices and crumble the other half into small chunks. Place the slices and crumbles on opposite sides of the board. Cut the goat cheese log into 10 round slices and fan 5 of the rounds on one side of the board and the other 5 rounds on the opposite side of the board.
Add the 4 small bunches of grapes, spacing them out around the board.
Next, make 4 salami roses (need help? check out my helpful tutorial), using a wine glass for the two larger roses and a shot glass for the two smaller roses. After creating each rose, place them on the board in four separate locations.
Roll the prosciutto slices and place them near the Brie rounds on the board.
Fan the Fig and Olive crisps around the salami roses. Arrange the star crackers evenly around and on top of the other ingredients on the board.
Tuck the Rosemary sprigs around the outside and inside of the circle of ingredients already arranged on the board.
Garnish the wreath of charcuterie with raspberries, blackberries, green olives and candied pecans.
Finally, add a honey drizzler to the bowl of honey and cheese knives for the brie rounds. Serve and Enjoy!

I want to make this but I don’t know how to make a salami rose. Can you tell me?
Thank you!!
