What is Broccolini?
Broccolini is a leafy vegetable that’s a cross between broccoli and what we call Chinese broccoli. It tastes slightly sweet with a peppery flavor that is complemented so well by the lemon and garlic in this recipe. We often switch between oven-fried broccoli and this delightfully charred broccolini. They’re both super nutritious and always a hit with the kids.
