Single Serve Brownie Recipe

I always crave a little bit of chocolate before bed. A chocolate chip cookie, or a handful of chocolate covered almonds. But so far, nothing beats this Microwave Brownie in a Mug. It’s so fast and easy. It takes less than 2 minutes in the microwave to make a dense, fudgy brownie with chunks of rich melty chocolate. Fool-proof and amazingly delicious!

When You Don’t Need a Whole Pan of Brownies

A brownie in a mug is perfect when you’re craving a sweet treat but don’t need a whole pan of fudge brownies sitting on the counter, tempting you. Made with chunks of chocolate (and more on top for good measure) it’s a super soft, moist brownie that will hit the spot.
