Cookie Baking Demo on Good Day Tulsa

A recap of my segment on Good Day Tulsa showing how to bake my Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches and promoting the Gold Medal Flour Cookie Contest, which I’ll be judging at the Tulsa State Fair next week! Lots of fun & yum!

I had so much fun yesterday morning on KTUL Good Day Tulsa showing how to bake my Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwiches and promoting the Gold Medal Flour Cookie Contest at the Tulsa State Fair! I was super nervous leading up to the segment, but when it comes to cookies and baking, I’m definitely in my comfort zone, so I think it went pretty well. Laura, the news anchor interviewing me, was so sweet and loves peanut butter cookies, so that made it even more fun!

Halfway through my segment, just as I was showing how to prep the cookies for baking, the President came on for a special report, of course! Not a big deal as we just picked up right where we left off as soon as he was done. I even got Laura to cheers cookies with me at the end! So much fun!

These cookies are so so yummy, y’all! They’re the perfect peanut butter cookie just by themselves, but sandwiching two together with Nutella, good ol’ melted chocolate, more peanut butter or a little jelly, just makes them that much more delicious. Super easy to bake and everyone loves them! They’re definitely one of my go-to cookie recipes! You should bake them soon! 🙂
