The Magic of Perfectly Grilled Corn
Whether I’m eating it right off the cob or adding it to my favorite summer meals, I love (LOVE!) grilled corn. And getting corn that’s perfectly juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside takes less than 20 minutes. So, it’s almost like there’s no excuse not to! The sweet crunch of grilled corn adds the most wonderful texture and flavor to give even the most basic salad or salsa a glow-up.

How to Grill Corn
Grilling corn is an absolute breeze.
First, preheat the grill to high heat and lightly oil the grates. Next, peel off the corn husks and remove the silks. Rub each ear of corn with a teaspoon of olive oil and then sprinkle with a little salt. Now you’re ready for the grill!Place the corn on the hot grill and cook, turning often, until charred all over, about 12-15 minutes total. Remove from the grill and immediately brush with melted butter and season with more salt.
That’s it! So easy and so, so yummy! Eat it right off the cob or slice off the kernels to add to your summer dishes. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- Canola oil, for the grill grates
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Peel off the corn husks and remove the silks. Rub each ear of corn with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and then sprinkle with a little salt.
- Grill corn, turning often, until charred all over, about 12-15 minutes total. Remove from the grill and immediately brush the melted butter over the warm corn and season with more salt.
