Fall Hard for this Gorgeous Autumn Appetizer
I love an appetizer that’s as pretty as it is delicious. And this Baked Brie with Fig Jam Board is such a stunner! It’s so simple and delicious and has such gorgeous visual appeal. Creamy brie wrapped in simple store-bought crescent roll dough turns into a glorious, melty dip with a mellow jammy center. Fresh Tiger figs, sweet apple slices and dried apricot and crunchy marcona almonds. Scrumptious!

The flavor combinations in this warm and melty appetizer make it perfect for serving at a get together with friends over a glass of wine. It’s easy enough for a casual pre-dinner snack and so pretty it fits in beautifully at date night or a cocktail party. I know you’ll love it and I can’t wait to share it with you!

Do you cut the coating off the Brie before you bake it ?
Hi Lynn! No, you donโt need to remove the rind from the wheel of Brie before baking it. It’s actually best to leave it on. The rind is edible and helps the cheese hold its shape as it warms and becomes gooey inside. I hope this helps and that you enjoy!
