A Creamy Dream
Rich, creamy brie whipped until fluffy and smooth. A drizzle of olive oil and some herbs or honey and chopped pistachios. This Whipped Brie is one of the easiest and most delicious ways to serve up a simple crowd-pleasing appetizer. Serve with crackers or homemade crostini for that added perfect touch.

Simplicity is Delicious
I love that in keeping the toppings simple in this delicious dip, you can really enjoy the full experience of the brie. The buttery texture and nutty flavor make it one of my favorite cheeses. SO good. Of course, if you want to dress it up, you should absolutely try my Charcuterie Dip. Loads of delicious toppings on a creamy brie base. It’s truly hard to beat.

Supplies:

How to Make Whipped Brie
- Remove one wheel of brie from the refrigerator at a time.
- Use a cheese slicer, or sharp knife, to cut off as much of the rind as possible.
- Cut the remaining brie wheel into chunks.
- Let set at room temperature until completely softened, about 30 minutes.

- Add the room temperature brie chunks to a food processor and blend until well combined, stopping the processor a few times to scrap the cheese from the sides. This will take about 2-4 minutes depending on the power of your food processor.
- Add the heavy cream and blend until super creamy and fluffy, about 1 minute. This will make about 2 cups of whipped brie.

- Spread the creamy brie onto a serving plate or food-safe wood board.

- With a savory topping: Garnish the brie with a drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle fresh chopped herbs and flaky sea salt over the olive oil. Serve with crackers or baguette for dipping.

- With a sweet topping: Garnish the brie with a drizzle of honey.

- Sprinkle the honey with chopped pistachios and a little flaky sea salt and then decorate the dip with some sprigs of fresh mint or thyme. Serve with crackers or baguette for dipping.

Make Ahead and Storage
Whipped brie can be prepped up to 3 days in advance and stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Just stir well or whip again before serving if there is liquid separation. It’s best to wait to garnish it just before serving.
If you have leftover garnished whipped brie, simply cover the serving platter tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for up to 2 days. You could also transfer it to an airtight container to store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
