If you know me, you know I love all things peach. So, of course, I’m so excited to share this peach infused cocktail with you! It’s so perfect for summer or any season really! And if you can’t find peach jam, you could always use apricot jam for a slight twist to one of my most favorite sips.
This cocktail is such a delicious combination of well-balanced flavors. The sweetness of the jam combined with the smokiness of the bourbon and the earthy flavor of the tequila is like none other, especially with the tartness of lime juice and a little light agave syrup. It always gets such rave reviews from those we enjoy it with.

The Peachy Keen is a complex, yet refreshing cocktail with the peach jam bringing out the sweetness in the bourbon and the aged tequila adding some nice earthy complexity.
Ingredients
- 1.5oz anejo tequila
- 0.5oz bourbon
- 0.5oz peach jam (1 tablespoon)
- 0.5oz lime juice
- 0.25oz light agave syrup
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into a glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with a slice of peach if desired.
