Description

Ripe tomato, fresh garlic, onion and just the right amount of seasoning make this Classic Tomato Bruschetta easy, fresh and flavorful. Paired with crispy crostini, it’s an appetizer everyone loves.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Crostini, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped red onion, chopped fresh basil, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
