Description
These STAR-berry Brie Skewers are a perfectly patriotic appetizer to serve at your Memorial Day, Fourth of July or Labor Day party.
Ingredients
- 6 strawberries, halved
- 3 brie cheese bites, quartered
- 12 large blueberries
- 12 fresh basil leaves
- balsamic glaze or honey, for serving
Instructions
- Using a mini star cookie cutter, cut each strawberry half into a star shape.
- Slice the brie bites into fourths.
- On each bamboo food skewer, add a blueberry, a quarter of brie cheese, a leaf of basil and then a strawberry star.
- Serve with a balsamic glaze or honey, for drizzling.
