Three simple ingredients is all it takes to make this scrumptious side of black beans & rice!


Ingredients

  • 2 pouches microwavable Mexican rice
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained

Instructions

  1. Microwave rice pouches according to package directions.
  2. Combine cooked rice with black beans and tomatoes in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook until beans are warm, about 10 minutes.
