Description

With this fun, brightly colored Edible Play Dough your kids can play with their food all they want! Made with safe-to-eat ingredients it’s perfect for those little creators who just can’t help themselves!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Using an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together the powdered sugar and frosting until smooth.
  2. It should be the same consistency as store-bought playdough.
  3. If you don’t have an electric mixer (or want to entertain the kids a little longer while making it), you can mix it in a large bowl. Start mixing with a spoon and stir as long as you can and then use your hands to kneed the dough until smooth.
  4. If your dough is too sticky, mix in more powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time, until it’s smooth and of the desired consistency.

  1. If the dough is too dry or hard, add a drop or two of water and mix until it is soft and smooth.

  1. Divide dough to color it with food coloring. This is easiest done in the electric mixer. Just wash the bowl between colors. Or you could mix them in individual bowls, but it gets a little messy because you need to use your hands so I would recommend wearing gloves.
