- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt

For the Salad:
- 1 large (or 2 small) head of romaine lettuce, chopped (about 8–10 cups)
- 3/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
- 1/2 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Homemade Croutons
Instructions
- Dressing: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together all the dressing ingredients until well combined. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Shake or whisk to combine well before using.
- Croutons: Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, toss the cubed bread with olive oil until coated evenly. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Gently toss until well combined. Spread the seasoned bread cubes into a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake until golden and crispy, gently flipping the croutons halfway through, about 15 minutes total. Let cool completely and use immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.
- Salad: Put the chopped romaine lettuce in a large serving bowl. Add the Caesar dressing and toss until evenly coated. Add the shaved Parmesan and croutons. Gently toss to combine.
- Serve as a side salad or with a protein like grilled chicken or salmon for a meal.
