Cheesy Garlic Pizza Sliders

Description

For after school snacks, game day eats, or a quick dinner that will have them running to the table, these Cheesy Garlic Pizza Sliders are easy, filling and delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1 (12 count) package King’s Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 30 pepperoni slices
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottoms on the prepared sheet pan.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the rolls on the sheet pan.
  4. Top with half the mozzarella cheese and then the pepperoni. Top the pepperoni with the other half of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Add the top buns.
  6. Stir the garlic salt and Italian seasoning into the melted butter and brush over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  8. Bake covered in foil for 12 minutes, then uncover and bake for about 5 more minutes until golden and melty.
