Take snack time outside this summer by building a Picnic Snack Tray filled with a yummy selection of snacks that everyone will enjoy!

  • No-Bake Snack Mix Bars (see recipe above)
  • No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls (see recipe above)
  • ranch dressing
  • hummus dip
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mini cheese cubes
  • cheese slices
  • sliced turkey meat
  • cheese crackers
  • potato crisp chips
  • multi-grain crackers
  • red grapes
  • green grapes
  • watermelon
  • strawberries
  • apple slices
  • clementines, peeled
  • baby carrots
  • broccoli florets

  1. To build the picnic snack tray, place the dips (ranch and hummus), some of the smaller fruits and veggies (blueberries, raspberries, cherry tomatoes) and mini cheese cubes in small jars or serving bowls on the tray first.
  2. Next, place the other snacks like cheese, meats, crackers, chips, veggies and fruits across the tray, leaving spaces for the No-Bake Snack Mix Bars and No-Bake Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls.
  3. Place the no-bake treats on the tray and serve!
