Description

Take snack time outside this summer by building a Picnic Snack Tray filled with a yummy selection of snacks that everyone will enjoy!


Ingredients

  • No-Bake Snack Mix Bars
  • Loaded Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls
  • ranch dressing
  • hummus dip
  • blueberries
  • raspberries
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mini cheese cubes
  • white cheddar cheese cracker cut slices
  • sliced turkey deli meat
  • cheese crackers (such as Cheez-Its)
  • potato crisp chips (such as Pringles)
  • multi-grain crackers (such as Crunchmasters)
  • red grapes
  • green grapes
  • watermelon, cubed
  • strawberries, whole
  • apple slices
  • clementines, peeled and separated
  • baby carrots, raw or steamed
  • broccoli florets, raw or steamed

Instructions

  1. To build the picnic snack tray, start by placing the dips (ranch and hummus), some of the smaller fruits and veggies (blueberries, raspberries, cherry tomatoes) and mini cheese cubes in small jars or serving bowls on a large serving tray first.
  2. Next, place the remaining snacks like grapes, Loaded Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls, No-Bake Snack Mix Bars, strawberries, broccoli, watermelon, clementines, turkey meat, apple slices, cheese slices, crackers, and chips across the tray, filling it in completely.
  3. Serve and Enjoy!
