A giant, fluffy pancake to satisfy that breakfast craving, my Single-Serve Pancake is a quick and easy hot breakfast for one!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

  3. Heat a lightly buttered 10- to 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
  4. Pour the batter into the skillet, spreading it evenly into one large pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles begin to form on top and the edges start to look set, about 3–4 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with butter, maple syrup, fresh berries, chocolate chips, or your favorite pancake toppings.
