Description

My Quick Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing is made with the classic Caesar flavors of lemon, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy, Dijon mustard and fresh parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 45 garlic cloves
  • Juice of 1 small lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients, except the parmesan cheese, to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add grated Parmesan and blend again until incorporated and smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust salt, pepper, lemon, or anchovy as desired.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
