Description

Use that last bit of peanut butter to make Peanut Butter Jar Overnight Oats! Oats, bananas, and milk go right into the jar and in the morning you’ll have the most delicious, quick and easy breakfast.

Ingredients

  • almost empty peanut butter jar (I used a 40 ounce*)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 medium mashed bananas

Instructions

  1. Add oats, milk, and mashed bananas to almost empty peanut butter jar. Stir to combine all ingredients, making sure to scrape along the sides of the jar to include every last bit of peanut butter. Secure the jar lid and shake until well combined.
  2. Store oats in the refrigerator overnight. Serve cold or microwave for 45 seconds to warm. Add honey and fresh berries, if desired.

Notes

*For a 20 oz jar, use half the ingredients
