Ingredients
- 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more if needed
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more if needed
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, jalapeño, white onion, and lime juice. Gently fold in the chopped cilantro.
- Season with the salt and black pepper, and adjust to taste. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
