Description
Coated in cinnamon sugar and ready to be dipped in sweet icing, Cinnamon Roll Bites turn canned cinnamon rolls into delicious bites that the whole family with love.
Ingredients
- 2 (1.55 ounce) cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing, 8 count each (16 cinnamon rolls total)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Open cinnamon roll cans and separate them. Reserve the icing to serve with the bites.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces. Roll each piece into a ball with the palm of your hands and place an inch apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake until the bites are golden brown, about 15-18 minutes.
- While the bites are baking, whisk the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Remove the cinnamon roll bites from the oven and allow them to cool for five minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter.
- Place the bites in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag.
- Pour the melted butter over the bites and toss to coat. Add the cinnamon sugar and toss again until each bite is evenly coated.
- Serve with reserved icing for dipping.
Notes
Cinnamon Roll Bites are best served the day you bake them, but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a day.
