Cinnamon Roll Bites

Description

Coated in cinnamon sugar and ready to be dipped in sweet icing, Cinnamon Roll Bites turn canned cinnamon rolls into delicious bites that the whole family with love.


Ingredients

  • 2 (1.55 ounce) cans refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing, 8 count each (16 cinnamon rolls total)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Open cinnamon roll cans and separate them. Reserve the icing to serve with the bites.
  3. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces. Roll each piece into a ball with the palm of your hands and place an inch apart onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake until the bites are golden brown, about 15-18 minutes.
  5. While the bites are baking, whisk the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and set aside.
  6. Remove the cinnamon roll bites from the oven and allow them to cool for five minutes. Meanwhile, melt the butter.
  7. Place the bites in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag.
  8. Pour the melted butter over the bites and toss to coat. Add the cinnamon sugar and toss again until each bite is evenly coated.
  9. Serve with reserved icing for dipping.

Notes

Cinnamon Roll Bites are best served the day you bake them, but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for a day.
