Description

Smooth, creamy Chocolate Cheesecake Dip is so easy to make and so fun to enjoy with your favorite cookies, fruits and pretzels.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips, for garnishing

Dippers:

  • Strawberries
  • Graham crackers
  • Pretzel crisps
  • Thin chocolate chip cookies
  • Rolled chocolate wafer cookie sticks

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar on low speed, increasing to medium speed, until well combined. (You can also use a hand mixer.) Beat in the vanilla.
  2. In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until melted. Let cool slightly.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and beat on low speed until just combined, then on high speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and place in the middle of a platter or board. Garnish the dip with mini chocolate chips.
  5. Surround the dip with strawberries, cookies and pretzels for dipping.
