Turn your BakerMama Signature Board into a red, pink and white creation filled with sweet, savory delights. My Valentine’s Day Signature board is easy to assemble and perfect for your Galentine’s Day celebration.
Ingredients
Love Letter Brie:
- 1 (8 ounce) Double Cream Brie Cheese Wheel (4” in size)
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
- 1 small heart-shaped strawberry piece
In Mini Heart Bowls:
- 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/3 cup pepper jelly
- 1/3 cup strawberry yogurt coated almonds
- 1/3 cup strawberry preserves
Other Cheeses:
- 2 ounces Tête de Moine Rosettes Semisoft Cheese
- 1 (5 ounce) wedge Wensleydale cheese with cranberries
- 8 heart-shaped provolone slices
Meats:
- 24 thin slices applewood smoked salami (about 8 ounces)
- 10 slices of Prosciutto (about 4 ounces)
- 8 cracker-cut genoa salami slices
Crackers:
- 8 beet & seed crackers
- 8 heart shaped crackers
- 12 cranberry & seed crackers
Fruits:
- 2 small bunches red grapes
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 small red apple, thinly sliced
- 6 chocolate-covered strawberries
Accompaniments:
- 10 pink yogurt-covered pretzels
- 12 heart-shaped gummy candies
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnishing

- 4 mini heart shaped bowls
- Heart shaped cookie cutters (1-inch and 1.5-inch sizes)
Instructions
- Make the Love Letter Brie: Slice the brie wheel in half horizontally. Spread about 1/4 cup of strawberry preserves on the bottom half. Place the top half back on. Spoon the remaining preserves into a piping bag or plastic bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe a triangle shape near the top center of the brie (this will be the envelope “flap”). Then, pipe two diagonal lines starting just above the point of the triangle, extending down toward the lower sides of the brie. This will complete the envelope outline. Place a small, 1-inch heart-shaped strawberry cutout at the center of the brie to “seal” the envelope.
- Set the love letter brie on a small plate and place it in the round cheese space on the board.
- Fill each mini bowl with one of the following and place them on the board in their designated spots:pomegranate seeds, pepper jelly, strawberry yogurt almonds, and strawberry preserves.
- Place the cranberry Wensleydale wedge in the upper left.
- Make 3 salami roses using 8 slices of applewood smoked salami each. Fold the slices around the rim of a small glass or shot glass, overlapping to form petals. Flip and place them onto the board.
- Nestle the Tête de Moine rosettes inside and around the salami roses. Tuck basil leaves into the bouquet to look like flowers.
- Place the Genoa salami slices on the lower left corner of the board. Cut provolone slices into hearts using a 1.5-inch cookie cutter. Layer over the Genoa salami slices in the lower left.
- Fold prosciutto into loose ribbons and fan it out just above the brie for a soft floral effect.
- Tuck in two small bunches of red grapes where labeled.
- Place beet & seed crackers in the top right, cranberry seed crackers in the bottom center, and heart-shaped crackers down the middle section.
- Add pink yogurt pretzels to the top section.Place heart-shaped gummies near the bottom. Fill in with dried cherries, raspberries, and apple slices.
- Tuck in chocolate-covered strawberries for extra Valentine charm!
- Add additional fresh basil leaves around the meat bouquets and prosciutto to give it a beautiful, blooming look.
- Serve with cheese knives and spreaders. Enjoy!
