Supplies:

Instructions

  1. Place the larger rectangular wood board, lengthwise, in the center of your work or serving surface and then add the smaller rectangular boards, lengthwise, to angle out from the top of the larger board to look like a sweater with arms.
  2. Starting at the top of the larger board, arrange 16 of the round Provolone cheese slices in a scoop shape.
  3. Next place 12 of the square Pepper Jack cheese slices in a straight line down the middle of the board starting from the round Provolone cheese scoop.
  4. Layer 7 of the Genoa Salami slices under the Provolone cheese scoop on one side of the Pepper Jack cheese slices that are down the center of the board and 7 more on the other side.
  5. Under the Genoa Salami slices, place half of the olives, with the pimientos facing up, on one side of the cheese in the middle and half on the other side.
  6. Under the olives, layer 7 Snowflake Crackers on one side cheese in the middle and 7 on the other side.
  7. Under the Snowflake Crackers, layer 4 slices of the Sharp Cheddar cheese slices on one side of the cheese in the middle and 4 slices on the other side.
  8. Under the Sharp Cheddar cheese slices, roll up 8 slices of the Italian Dry Salami and place 4 on each side of the cheese in the middle, leaving space between each roll. Fill the space between each salami roll with some of the Marcona Almonds.
  9. Arrange the green and red grape bunches under the salami and almonds on either side of the cheese in the middle.
  10. Under the grapes, layer 4 slices of the Colby Jack cheese on one side of the cheese in the middle and 4 on the other side.
  11. Layer 7 Snowflake Crackers under the Colby Jack cheese slices, at the very bottom of the board, on one side of the cheese in the middle and 7 on the other side.
  12. On one of the smaller boards, starting from the top to the bottom, layer 4 Pepper Jack cheese slices, 14 Colby Jack cheese cubes, 8 folded slices of Italian Dry Salami, 4 Colby Jack cheese slices, 7 Snowflake Crackers, 14 Colby Jack cheese cubes, and 4 Pepper Jack cheese slices. Repeat the same layers and ingredients on the other smaller board so the sleeves look the same.
  13. To decorate the Ugly Sweater Charcuterie Board, use mini holiday cookie cutters to cut 9 holiday shapes out of the remaining Sharp Cheddar cheese slices and then arrange them on top of the Provolone cheese slices that are at the top of the larger board.
  14. Using a small star cookie cutter, cut 4 star shapes out of the remaining Provolone cheese slices and 4 star shapes out of the remaining Colby Jack cheese slices. Arrange the star shapes on top of the row of Sharp Cheddar cheese slices that are on the larger board, stacking a Colby Jack cheese star on top of a Provolone cheese star. You should have 4 stacks of star cheese cut outs. Top each stack with a small sprig of fresh rosemary, facing downward, to look like a mini mistletoe on the ugly sweater.
  15. Using a mini candy cane cookie cutter, slice 6 candy cane shapes out of the remaining Provolone cheese slices and arrange them on top of the row of Colby Jack cheese slices that are on the larger board, placing 3 on either side of the cheese in the middle.
  16. Finally, place the 6 round Hot Italian Salami nuggets down the center of the board on top of the Pepper Jack cheese slices to look like buttons on the ugly sweater.
  17. Serve up the delicious ugliness and ENJOY! 😉
