Ingredients
- 1 (5 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, add the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery and lemon juice. Using a fork, mix well until thoroughly combined.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread between two slices of bread to make a sandwich. Or serve with crackers.
