Description

Crunchy celery, fresh lemon juice and Dijon mustard make this Tuna Salad for One a flavorful and easy lunch option.


Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add the tuna, mayonnaise, mustard, celery and lemon juice. Using a fork, mix well until thoroughly combined.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread between two slices of bread to make a sandwich. Or serve with crackers.
