Description
My No-Bake S’mores Bars combine Golden Grahams cereal, gooey marshmallows and classic Hershey’s chocolate in an incredibly easy, crazy delicious treat they’ll love. S’more, please!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter (salted or unsalted)
- 10 cups mini marshmallows, divided (16 ounce bag)
- 8 cups Golden Grahams Cereal
- 3 (1.55 ounce) Hershey’s milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
Instructions
- Lightly grease and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add 9 cups (all but 1 cup) of the mini marshmallows and stir frequently until melted and smooth.
- Remove the melted marshmallow mixture from the heat and quickly stir in the Golden Grahams cereal until evenly coated.

Press half of the cereal mixture into the prepared baking pan and then sprinkle with half of the chocolate pieces and half of the reserved 1 cup of mini marshmallows. Top with the remaining cereal mixture and then the remaining chocolate pieces and mini marshmallows, gently pressing it all down into the baking pan.
- Let set until cooled completely (about 1 hour) before lifting from the baking pan and slicing into bars.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
