Ingredients
Ingredients (per coupe):
- 1/3 cup marcona almonds
- 1 star-shaped cracker
- 3 everything seasoned crackers
- 2 blackberries
- 2 gouda cheese cubes
- 2 mini (1 inch) thick-cut sharp cheddar cheese star cutouts
- 1 slice peppered salami
- 1 large black olive, with the ends sliced off
- 1/2 of a chocolate hazelnut wafer cookie stick
- 2 chocolate covered star-shaped cookies
- 1 gold wrapped Hershey’s Kiss with Almonds
- 1 white gummy star
Supplies:
- Gold glitter champage coupes
- Gold firework cupcake toppers – with blackberries and gouda cheese cubes
- Gold Star food picks – with star cheese cutouts and a salami/olive bow
- Mini star cookie cutter (1-inch)
Instructions
Instructions (per coupe):
- Start by placing the almonds into the bottom of the coupe.
- Gently insert a star-shaped cracker into the almonds toward the back of the coupe. In front of it, fan out the everything-seasoned crackers, pressing them slightly into the almonds for support.
- Using a gold firework cupcake topper, alternate 1 blackberry, 1 gouda cube, then another blackberry and gouda cube. Insert this skewer off to one side in the coupe.
- Make a salami and olive bow by pinching a slice of peppered salami in the center to form a bow shape. Then, take a black olive slice, cut it once to open it up, and wrap it around the pinched center of the salami to secure the shape.
- On a gold star food pick, place 1 cheddar cheese star cutout, the salami & olive bow, and then another cheddar cheese star cutout. Position this skewer next to the firework one to balance the coupe.
- Tuck in half of a chocolate hazelnut wafer stick, two chocolate-covered star cookies, a gold-wrapped Hershey’s Kiss, and a white gummy star as finishing festive details.
