A fun and easy twist on classic s’mores baked as adorable mini pies with rich chocolate chip cookie dough, gooey marshmallows, and a sweet chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients
- 6 Keebler mini graham cracker pie crusts
- 1 and 1/4 cups chocolate chip cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 and 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, for garnishing
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the mini pies on a rimmed baking sheet. Fill each mini pie crust with about 3 tablespoons of chocolate chip cookie dough, pressing the cookie dough evenly into the crust.
- Bake the pies on the center rack of the oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the cookie dough is set and beginning to turn a light golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and top each pie with about 12 mini marshmallows.
- Return the pies to the oven, placing them on the top rack this time. Bake for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly toasted. If you want the marshmallows more charred on top, you can broil them for a few minutes, but watch closely to prevent burning.
- Remove from the oven and let set for about 5 minutes before drizzling each pie with chocolate syrup and sprinkling with graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve warm with a spoon and enjoy!
