Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon allspice
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and allspice until well combined.
- Transfer to a spice jar or sealed container and store in a cool dry place for up to 3 months.
