This Festive Antipasto Wreath is a show-stopping edible centerpiece to any holiday spread that’s easy to create and so enjoyable to snack on!

Ingredients

  • 20 bowtie pasta
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 8 sweet mini red peppers, sliced
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 12 Spanish queen olives
  • 10 slices salami
  • 4 mini mozzarella balls (ciliegine or bocconcini)
  • 4 white cheddar cheese star shapes
  • 8 fresh basil leaves
  • 6 fresh rosemary stems
  • 18 festive food skewers

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions to al dente and then toss in the olive oil.
  2. Prepare and line all the ingredients up on a work surface.
  3. Thread each skewer with a variety of the ingredients except the rosemary stems, mixing and matching the order of each skewer. Slices or leave the cherry tomatoes whole. Fold the salami and basil as you are threading them onto each skewer.
  4. Layer the skewers on a round platter in the shape of a wreath, with the festive skewer tops facing out. Tuck the rosemary in various spots around the outside of the platter.
  5. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
